This is an appeal from a final judgment rendered after a bench trial, resolving disputes between Dr. Michael Burton, the owner of two units in Luani Plaza in the City of Key West, Florida, and Luani Plaza, Inc, the business owner’s association (the “Association”) which administers the common areas of Luani Plaza.
