Plaintiff and defendant City of Medford (City) appeal a judgment dismissing plaintiffs complaint as to defendants Frakes and dismissing the City’s cross-claim against the Frakes following an order granting those defendants’ motion for summary judgment against both the plaintiffs amended complaint and the City’s cross-claim. 1 We affirm.
