Petitioner Ibrahim Parlak seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ *461(“BIA”) decision affirming the decision of the immigration judge (“IJ”) ordering Parlak’s removal from the United States pursuant to various provisions of the Immigration and Naturalization Act (“INA”).
