Appellant was convicted in a bench trial of manufacturing marijuana in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. The sole enumeration of error is that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress because probable cause for the issuance of the warrant was lacking and the warrant was illegally executed.
