The bill was filed in this case in 1903 by the appellee, an Illinois corporation, hereinafter called complainant, to recover from the appellants, hereinafter called defendants, a secret profit by them made in the purchase by complainant of a lumber mill, timber rights, etc., in the State of Mississippi. The said defendants answered, as did also certain other defendants, Lowe, Deeves, Templeton and Miller.
