HOWARD, Judge.

This appeal challenges the validity of a search warrant and the sufficiency of the evidence to support defendant’s conviction of unlawful possession of narcotics for sale.

VALIDITY OF SEARCH WARRANT

On September 10, 1971, a state narcotics agent submitted an affidavit to a justice of the peace in support of a search warrant. Defendant contends that this affidavit suffered from constitutional infirmity thus invalidating the search warrant issued pursuant thereto.
