THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case and the matter under consideration is an attack by Lawrence Kleinfeld (Trustee) on three real estate mortgages executed by William Davenport (Debtor) which granted to the University State Bank (Bank) mortgages on the residence of the Debtor and two condominium apartments, one located in Redington Beach and the other located in Pensacola, Florida.
