Reversing.
This is the second appeal of this case. Moore v. Pope, 260 Ky. 619, 86 S. W. (2d) 540. A corporation known as the Modern Motors, Inc., was organized in 1928 at Harlan. H. E. Moore, or “Eed” Moore, husband of the appellant, Mary Stuart Moore, was employed by the corporation. He purchased a certificate for fifteen shares of its capital stock, which was issued in his name but was paid for by appellant.
