Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, that branch of the motion of the defendant Star Leasing Company which was pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (8) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against it for lack of personal jurisdiction is denied, without prejudice to renewal upon the completion of discovery on the issue of whether personal jurisdiction may be established over that defendant, so much of the order as, in effect, denied, as academic, that branch of the motion of the defendant Star Leasing Company which was to dismiss the complaint…
