Plaintiff brings this appeal from a judgment entered against it and in favor of the intervening defendant, Augostine, in a case stated for the opinion of the court below in the nature of a special verdict, with the right to appeal reserved.

The material facts are these: Plaintiff, owner of a National cash register, delivered the same to Grace Sorto, one of the defendants, under a bailment lease contract.
