LOTTINGER, 'Judge.
This is a suit for damages for the reasonable value of the use and occupancy of petitioners’ property to the date of filing of this suit, and for rental from the date of filing of this suit as long as defendant occupies said property, and for costs. The judgment below awarded damages to petitioners in the sum of $1,300, with interest thereon at the legal rate from the date of judicial demand until paid, and for costs.
