delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the circuit court of Madison county in the sum of $1,200 as against appellants, William Snyder and Marie Snyder (hereinafter called defendants Snyder). The action was filed as an attachment suit by appellee, Lawrence Keller, Jr. (hereinafter called plaintiff) as against defendants Snyder, residents of the State of Arizona, seeking to attach or garnishee personal property of defendants.
