GRAVES, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was charged in an indictment containing three counts, the first of which alleging that he committed an assault with an intent to ravish a female under the age of eighteen years other than his wife; the second count alleging that he attempted to have carnal knowledge of said female; and the third count alleging that he attempted to have such carnal knowledge of said female, said attempt not constituting an assault with intent to commit the offense of rape.
