Simon Steillman appeals from the judgment entered after a jury convicted him of disorderly conduct, felony obstruction of an officer and two counts of misdemeanor obstruction of an officer. Steillman argues that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict, that he received ineffective assistance of counsel, that the trial court erred in finding that his waiver of his right to have the charge of felony obstruction presented to the grand jury was knowing and voluntary, and also that the trial court erred in finding that officers had probable cause to arrest…
