— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered October 21, 1977, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, plea vacated and case remitted to the County Court for further proceedings consistent herewith. In a seven-count indictment, defendant was charged, inter alia, with four counts of robbery in the first degree.
