It is conceded by the counsel on both sides that the estate of the appellee, Mrs. Chambers, in the property embraced in the antenuptial contract and deed of settlement of the 12th day of December, 1868, is a separate estate, and it was further very properly conceded in argument by one of the counsel for the appellants, that this estate of Mrs. Chambers is limited to the term of her natural life.
