On August 27, 2003, Anne W. Miller, as executrix of the estate of her mother, Anne F. Threefoot, brought a petition in the Probate Court of Shelby County, Tennessee. In that petition, Miller seeks to execute a Partnership Agreement on behalf of the estate, to transfer certain property to the partnership, and to sell certain real estate and fund the partnership with the proceeds.
