Defendant and third-party plaintiff Pennoyer Merchants Transfer Company (Pennoyer) appeals from a judgment in plaintiff’s favor in a personal injury suit and from a judgment in favor of third-party defendant R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Donnelley) in an action for indemnification.
