OPINION
VOLINN, Bankruptcy Judge:
OVERVIEW
More than one year prior to filing a chapter 7 petition, the debtor and his wife trans muted their joint ownership in their residence into the separate property of the wife. No contemporaneous recording of the transaction was performed, but within one year of the bankruptcy filing, the debtor executed and recorded a quitclaim deed to the residence in favor of his wife.
