This is a suit by original attachment to recover damages for the alleged unlawful killing of one Harry Lee Patton, who was employed by the defendant company in the capacity of brakeman and lost his life in a collision near Hull, in the State of Virginia. The suit was brought by the administrator of the deceased, and a writ ■of attachment was levied on four passenger coaches belonging to the defendant company and impounded in the town of Bristol, Tennessee.
