MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Illegally Seized Evi denee. (Doc. No. 17.) For the following reasons, this Motion shall be denied.

I. INTRODUCTION

On January 2, 2009, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Deputy C.
