facts

The defendant, John J. Buckley, resides within the Atlantic Beach Estates Park District, an unincorporated area of the Town of Hempstead on Nassau County’s south shore. As a resident, defendant is entitled to use all public facilities within the Park District, including the Atlantic Beach Estates Park District Beach Club (herein referred to as the Beach Club).
