Reversing.
The Bank of Hartford of Hartford, Ky., was closed-in March, 1926, by the banking commissioner because of insolvency. Por á number of years prior thereto, J. W. Ford had been president of this bank. In May, 1927, he died, and the appellant, Jessie R. Simmerman, his only child, was appointed administratrix with the will annexed of his estate. At the time of his death, Mr. Ford was .about 85 years old.
