Mr. Justice Eoberts :

Anna L. Simon died testate on July 25, 1966. This is an appeal by one of her two daughters, a residuary legatee, from a decree of the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County *6dismissing appellant’s exceptions. WMle I agree with the majority’s disposition of most of these exceptions, its determination of the claim for interest compels my dissent.
