This appeal is from a judgment of tbe Columbia Circuit Court, affirming an award of tbe Arkansas Workmen’s Compensation Commission, under tbe provisions of Act 319 of 1939 and amendments thereto.

Tbe opinion of tbe Commission, November 19, 1949, recites (in part): “Finding of Fact — 1. That tbe claimant suffered a compensable injury on February 18, 1949, from wbicb be was temporarily totally disabled to June 7, 1949, without any residual permanent disability.
