Plaintiffs, three Onondaga County Court Judges, commenced this action, inter alla, to challenge the disparity that exists between their salary and the salary of their counterparts in 13 other counties. Defendants seek appellate review of a Supreme Court decision that dismissed most of plaintiffs’ claims but granted them summary judgment on their first cause of action.
