DECISION

Matthew A. Easterbrook petitions for review of the final decision of the Merit Systems Board (“Board”) that dismissed his appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Easterbrook v. Dep’t of Justice, No. SF-0752-02-0637-1-1 (M.S.P.B. Jan. 31, 2003). We affirm.
