In a juvenile delinquency proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, Calvin L. appeals from an order of disposition of the Family Court, Orange County (Bivona, J.), dated July 26, 2010, which, upon a fact-finding order of the same court dated April 29, 2010, finding, upon his admission, that he had committed an act which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crime of attempted burglary in the third degree, adjudged him to be a juvenile delinquent and placed *843him with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services for a period of 12 months.
