STEPHEN RASLAVICH, Chief Judge. Introduction

The Trustee filed suit against the Debt- or’s principal (Kauffman) to avoid and recover certain prepetition transfers. The Trustee now seeks to amend the complaint to add more transfers. Kauffman objects on various grounds, primarily untimeliness. A hearing on the matter was held June 23, 2011. The Court then took the matter under advisement. For the rea sons which follow, the Motion will be granted. 1
