This case involves the application of the crime-fraud exception to the attorney- client and work-product privileges in the context of an ongoing grand jury investigation. ABC Company retained Law Firm to perform legal services related to ABC Company’s administrative appeal of a Management and Occupancy Review (“MOR”) conducted by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”). 1 As part of its appeal, ABC Company submitted a response (“MOR Response”) to HUD.
