¶1 P.H., mother of A.C., T.C., and C.W., appeals the judgment of the *59Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, awarding G.C., the father, custody of A.C. and T.C., while also dismissing her case as it relates to the Department’s involvement.

¶2 We address the following issue on appeal and affirm: Did the District Court err in awarding G.C. custody of A.C. and T.C.?
