HALL, Chief Justice.

This action was instituted in the District Court of Rusk County by appellants, who were plaintiff and relator below, against appellee, who was respondent below, in the nature of a quo warranto proceeding, and had for its purpose the settling of a boundary dispute between the relator and respondent. The parties will be referred to here as the Beckville District, appellant, and the Tatum District, appellee. Both of said districts are independent school districts.
