ABRUZZO, District Judge.

Letters Patent No. 1,914,237 were granted on June 13, 1933, to the plaintiff as assignee of Robert L. Blanchard. This suit is brought by the plaintiff against the defendant for infringement of these letters patent.

The invention described and claimed in the patent relates to a wing-locking mechanism for use with a panic proof type of collapsible revolving door. This type of door is one in which the four door wings are supported from a central supporting column so that they are normally disposed in radial position.
