I. INTRODUCTION

This is an employment discrimination case brought by Kenneth Cole (“Cole”) and Brigitte L. Brown (“Brown”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) against Delaware Technical and Community College (the “College”). Plaintiffs, both African-American, claim that while working for the College they were the target of discrimination based on race, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
