The defendant, Chu Perez, is charged by indictment with distribution of heroin, distribution of cocaine and school zone violations in connection with events that occurred at 7 Liberty Square, Lynn, Massachusetts in September 2003. The defendant has filed a pretrial motion to suppress quantities of heroin and cocaine seized from an automobile he drove to that location. An evidentiary hearing was conducted on April 20, 2005.
