Per Curiam :

This was a proceeding under the Eminent Domain act instituted in the county court of Tazewell county by the East Peoria Sanitary District to condemn a parcel of land for the use of the district. The Toledo, Peoria and Western Railroad, a corporation, the owner of the land sought, the Central Union Trust Company of New York, (the trustee in the trust deed executed by the railroad company to secure an issue of bonds,) and the unknown owners of the bonds secured by the trust deed, were made defendants.
