ENTRY AFTER BENCH TRIAL ON DAMAGES

BARKER, Chief Judge.

During the eleven-year pendency of this case, we have expended substantial judicial resources in attempting to distill the nature of the inscrutable business relationship between these parties. Despite bene-fitting from multiple summary judgment rulings, two opinions from our circuit regarding appealed matters in this case, 1 and an entry by this court determining liability issues, the parties have failed to resolve the question of damages now before us.
