WOLFE, Chief Justice.

Appeal by the plaintiff from an order of the lower court granting defendants’ motion to dismiss an action brought by her against defendants for wrongful death of Francis A. Howard and Allen Howard, her husband and son, respectively. The motion was granted at the conclusion of the presentation of the plaintiff’s evidence upon *67the ground that she 'had failed to show any negligence of defendants which was a proximate cause of the accident or of the death of Francis A. Howard and Allen Howard.
