Clark, J. Appeals from two decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed April 14, 2014, which ruled that Today’s Cleaning Service is liable for unemployment insurance contributions on remuneration paid to claimant and others similarly situated.
Today’s Cleaning Service (hereinafter TCS) is a referral agency engaged in the business of providing housekeepers, such as claimant, from its registry or database to perform cleaning services for its clients.
