Defendant was convicted by jury of two counts of sexual assault in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 3252(a)(3) and two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 2602. All four counts arose from allegations that defendant had sexually abused his stepdaughter.
