This action is brought by the plaintiff, as trustee in bankruptcy of the defendant Charles A. Fisher, to set aside a certain deed, dated January 3, 1921, executed and delivered by Frank M. Galloway to the defendants, as tenants by the entireties, and to cancel the record thereof, on the ground that the title was so taken with intent to hinder, delay and defraud the creditors of Charles A. Fisher and was made and accepted in contemplation of the insolvency of said Charles A.
