MORROW, Presiding Judge.
—Conviction is for poisoning food; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of five years.
The averment is that strychnine was mingled with sugar with the intent to injure one Porfirio Vidales.
An analysis of the testimony shows that Margartia de Luna was extending her carnal favors to the appellant and others; that she desired a separation from her husband but wanted to retain her children.
