Mirra Co., Inc., is a closely-held corporation. Leonard Mirra (known as Lenny) and his sister Sandra Capo are minority shareholders. Norino Mirra and his deceased brother Ralph Mirra together were the majority shareholders and ran the Company during the relevant period.
