Respondent moves (1) for an order dismissing petitioner’s “Petition for Review” of an administrative order; (2) for judgment. on the pleadings; and (3) for summary judgment.

The order in question was issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals and dismissed petitioner’s appeal thereto from am order of deportation issued by the Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization on April 9, 1952.
