This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Angelina County, granting a temporary injunction in favor of Texas Foundries, Inc., appellee, against the In*214ternational Molders & Foundry Workers Union of North America, its affiliated local union in Angelina County and 38 individuals who were members of either the International Union or the local union.

During the year 1949, at the direction of the National Labor Relations Board, an election was held to determine the bargaining representative for the employees in a certain craft at Texas Foundries, Inc., at Lufkin.…
