The District'Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, granted respondent American Cancer Society’s motion for summary judgment dismissing appellant Carol Karell’s suit for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and negligent discharge. The court found that the respondent employer gave the appellant employee no reasonable expectation of job security and therefore created no implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing or duty of reasonable care.
