This is an action for an accounting of income received from collateral security.
Plaintiff alleges that plaintiff, defendant, and the Goodwin Real Estate Co., Inc., the latter allegedly having been known by defendant to have been acting solely as plaintiff’s agent, engaged in a series of seven transactions wherein various amounts of money were loaned by defendant to plaintiff, either directly or through the Goodwin Real Estate Co.
