The plaintiff presents two questions for review: (1) whether the trial court erred in failing to grant summary judgment against the defendants on the ground that any claim to rent due on 15 March 1977 was barred by the three year statute of limitations and (2) whether the trial court erred in granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment because the evidentiary forecast disclosed a genuine issue of material fact on the question of whether the disputed payment was made.
