Boyd, C. J.,

delivered the opinion of the Court.. This appeal, was taken from, a- decretal order of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City overruling exceptions to the allowance of certain commissions and a counsel fee and ratifying the auditor’s account.

First: The exceptions to the commissions were based on the fact that the auditor allowed them on the proceeds of' what he treated as four separate sales, instead of on the aggregate amount reported for distribution.
