— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hayes, J.), rendered April 25, 1980, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts) and robbery in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The convictions of the defendant and his codefendant Bryant arose out of a gunpoint *804robbery by two men of a clothing store on Fulton Street in Brooklyn on July 26, 1979.
